How can I activate my account?

You can activate your account anytime once you receive the customer Confirmation Mail. To activate your account, click on the activation link provided in the mail.

Can I join as a representative of any company voluntarily?

Yes. You can voluntarily join as a representative of any company by just giving few of your details.

Why should I create a Company Helpdesk?

By creating a Company Helpdesk, you can: invite other colleagues to join as representatives, add / update products and answer topics privately posted for you.

How do I take ownership of an existing Company Helpdesk?

You can do it by giving your personal and company information. You need to select a suitable plan.

Can I invite people to join?

You can invite people to join with you in SutiTalk by simply sending an invitation email to them.

How can I share a topic with my colleagues and friends?

Simply select the one with whom you wish to share a topic.

How much do I need to pay for using SutiTalk?

The current version of SutiTalk is in Beta stage and is Free to use. For paid versions and features in them, please refer to plans we offer.

The plan most suitable for you depends on what kind of helpdesk you wish to provide for your company, the number of employees participating,and the amount you can spend on helpdesk activities.

Do I need to install anything for using SutiTalk?

No, you need not have to install anything for using SutiTalk. It is a SaaS solution which is hosted on our server. You just need to register yourself to start using it.

You are completely secure as the entire Sutitalk solution is SSL enabled.
